Titanium Cog Set

Beside reducing weight these titanium cog's have precision machined tooth profiles and ramps for an improved and crisp gear shift.

There are 3 different cog set's to choose from, one for 2 speed bikes, one for 6 speed bikes and a set for Single Speed bikes. All set's come with the nessary spacers, machined in 6061 aluminium. The titanium cogs are TIN coated in nickel black, and the spacers are gold anodised. Each set come with an extra 1 mm spacer, that can be used to replace the plastic chain guard - saving an extra 12 grams and getting rid of one more piece of plastic.

2 Speed Set: 1 x 12T cog, 1 x 16T cog, 1 x 2.7mm spacer and 2 x 1mm spacers. Weight 16 grams, total saving 30 grams over the original.

BWR 6 Speed Set: 1 x 13T cog, 1 x 16T cog, 1 x 2.7mm spacer and 2 x 1mm spacers. Weight 18 grams, total saving 38 grams over the original. NOTE: This cog set does not fit 6 speed bikes with Sram hubs. SOLD OUT

Single Speed Set: 1 x 12T cog, 2 x 2.7mm spacer and 1 x 1mm spacers. Weight 7 grams, total saving 21 grams over the original.

NOTE: The weight savings are including the weight saved by replacing the plastic chain guard with a spacer. Weights are compared with the new bikes, which have aluminium spaceres and not the steel spaceres used on older models.
