Payment:

Shopping on our website is facilitated through PayPal's secure and straightforward system. You're not required to have a PayPal account—just a credit or debit card suffices.

Upon PayPal's approval of the transaction, we'll promptly send you an email confirming the successful processing of your order's payment.


Shipping:

We ship via registered airmail. Typically, deliveries to Europe and Asia take 10-14 days, while to the US and Canada, it may extend to 10-20 days. While most deliveries take about a week for Europe and Asia and 10-20 days for the US and Canada, please note that we do not dispatch shipments on weekends and national holidays.

If your parcel hasn't arrived within a few weeks, contact us via email. Although registered airmail doesn't provide a tracking number, a registration number helps locate a lost parcel.

Once you sign for the parcel, it's considered delivered. Ensure the seal is intact before signing. In case of doubts, inspect the parcel before acknowledging receipt.

Should a parcel go missing during shipping or not arrive within 21 days from the order date, we'll file a complaint with Thai Post. If no resolution occurs within 14 days, a full refund will be issued.

Important Shipping Update for U.S. Customers, August 2025:

Due to new customs regulations introduced by the U.S. government, Thailand Post has suspended all regular postal services to the United States. Until now, these were the affordable methods we relied on to send orders. This change applies only to shipments going to the United States and does not affect customers in other countries.

To keep orders possible for our U.S. customers, we have added DHL Express as the available courier. DHL is fast and reliable, but the cost is unfortunately much higher than Thailand Post.

We understand this makes it more difficult for many of our customers in the U.S. to place orders, but the situation is beyond our control. We will continue to follow developments closely and will restore more affordable shipping options as soon as they become available.

Cancellation:

Orders may be canceled before shipment. If payment was made by PayPal or another payment processor, any non-refundable payment processing fees may be deducted from the refund where applicable.

Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled before delivery. After delivery, any return or withdrawal request is handled under our Return Policy.

If a shipped order is refused at delivery or not collected and is returned to us, any refund will be reduced by the original shipping cost, any return shipping or carrier charges, any non-refundable payment processing fees where applicable, and a 10% handling fee.

Return Policy

Non-defective items:

Items ordered in the wrong size, ordered by mistake, or otherwise no longer wanted may be returned within 14 days of delivery only if they are unused, uninstalled, unmodified, and returned in their original packaging.

Non-defective returns are refunded minus the original shipping cost, any non-refundable payment processing fees, and a 10% handling fee. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Defective items:

If an item is defective, please contact us by email with a description of the problem. Defective items may be returned for inspection and, if confirmed defective, will be replaced or refunded at our discretion. We cover return shipping for confirmed defective items up to the amount of the original shipping charge. Please use normal registered airmail unless otherwise agreed.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for the package until it has been delivered to us.
