Introducing our 4 speed One-Piece Cassette designed for the new compact gearing system featured on Brompton P-Line and T-Line bikes.

At Brompfication, we're ardent fans of the innovative gearing system found on the P-Line and T-Line Bromptons. Our enthusiasm led us to create a one-piece cassette, even though these bikes are currently few in number, to explore the system's capabilities further.

Precision CNC-machined from a single block of aluminum, our cassettes are both lightweight and robust. Maintaining the original gear ratio with an 11-13-15-18T configuration, these cassettes undergo multiple layers of PVD coatings for enhanced durability. It's important to note that while aluminum cassettes offer durability, they do wear faster than Cr-Mo cassettes.

Each cassette includes an aluminum cassette lockring and a 1 mm spacer, providing an option to replace the plastic chain guard. Weighing just 33 grams, including the lockring, it shaves off 47 grams compared to the original. Replace the plastic chain guard with the included 1 mm spacer, and you'll save an additional 12 grams.

Optimal shifting performance and durability of an aluminum cassette are contingent upon the cleanliness and lubrication of the drivetrain. Precise adjustment of the gearchanger is crucial for peak performance and longevity. Ensure the chain is correctly positioned before applying power for optimal operation.
