Introducing our Bolt-on Front Hub, meticulously crafted to redefine your Brompton riding experience—a substantial enhancement to your existing wheel build.

This design prioritizes stiffness and durability, with meticulous attention to every detail. The hub shell undergoes precision machining from 6061-T6 aluminum, followed by a hand-polishing process to achieve a mirror finish before anodization. Featuring an oversized 15 mm axle and premium ABEC-5 6802 bearings from Enduro, this hub boasts exceptional load capacity and stiffness. It comes complete with a pair of specially crafted M8 titanium bolts and cup washers.

Utilizing shouldered axles, also referred to as captured bearings, ensures precise bearing positioning within the hub. This design necessitates near-perfect tolerances in the hub body and axle, eliminating the need for preload adjustment.

Weighing in at 75 grams, the titanium bolts add an additional 17 grams. This results in a total weight saving of 58 grams compared to the original Brompton hub. The overall weight matches that of Brompton's now-discontinued light front hub, while the titanium bolts save an additional 17 grams compared to the bolt-on skewer. Experience a revolution in front hub design with our Bolt-on Front Hub.
